Our Approach
Growing with Purpose & Value is a program that addresses the adverse impact of youth from broken homes. We believe in preventing unhealthy patterns as well as restoring confidence and discipline through accountability and mirror mentorship. The youth in our program receive weekly in person guidance and assistance through workshops and discussions that focus on family dynamics, accountability, emotional intelligence and breaking generational curses. We believe that real actionable change comes from bold actions, real conversations and introductions to new environments. It is our foundation for the reaction of change that when you know better you do better.
Our Impact
The Community Solution that Growing with Purpose & Value provides is reaching the youth that are hungry for guidance and change. This program provides youth with the tools that empower each young man and woman to practice accountability while facing new challenges as they mature and grow into adults. We understand that many of the youth in our communities have been raised through a generational blind leading the blind; Our program stops these patterns by meeting each youth where they are at and giving them the tools to become thriving members of their Home as well as their community. We place value on the youth that never had the opportunity to be a youth; that is how our younger generation learns to prioritize what’s important by being treated like they are important.
Each youth in our program is welcomed into a safe, caring and empathetic environment. When our youth have been shown consistency and leadership, the decisions they make for their life are heavily impacted. The community receives them differently and it instills a foundation of safety, certainty, and comfort in knowing who you are and where you are headed.
