Head of Household Consulting is the nonprofit extension of The Narrow Way, created to strengthen families, restore leadership in homes, and empower individuals to walk in purpose. As a 501(c)(3) organization, we provide education, mentorship, and strategic development programs that help men, women, and youth build stability, self-sufficiency, and community impact.
Our mission is to equip “Heads of Households” — from young adults aging out of foster care to men and women rebuilding their lives — with the tools, training, and accountability needed to thrive in every area of life. Through faith-based leadership development, workforce readiness, transitional housing initiatives, and personal growth coaching, we aim to break cycles of poverty and dependence while promoting holistic success rooted in discipline, responsibility, and purpose.
Head of Household Consulting operates as the social impact and community development arm of The Narrow Way, bridging nonprofit and business strategy to create sustainable pathways for individuals and families to rise, lead, and give back.
