Head of Household is a program that addresses the global impact of fatherless homes. We believe in preventing abandonment as well as restoring pride and dignity through accountability and mirror mentorship. The fathers in our program receive weekly in person guidance and assistance through workshops that focus on fatherhood, employment, financial responsibility, breaking generational curses through personal development and Reconciliation planning.

We believe that real actionable change comes from bold actions such as a change in environment as well as a change in appearance which is why each man receives a free new suit when they enter our program. It is our foundation for the reaction of change that when you look different you feel different and when you know better you do better.
